How we test
Every tool we recommend has been signed up for, paid for where required, and exercised through real signing workflows. We document audit trails, examine compliance attestations on vendor sites, and read fine print on data residency and retention.
Editorial independence
Some links on this site are affiliate links — when readers sign up for a tool through us, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to them. This never influences which tools we cover or how we rank them. Vendors do not pay for placement and have no input into our editorial process.

eSignChoice is run by a small editorial team with backgrounds in SaaS product, fintech compliance, and B2B content. We are headquartered remotely.
Editorial standards
- No paid placement. Vendors cannot pay for higher rankings or favorable mentions.
- No fake ratings. Our reviews use editorial Review schema without numerical ratings — we publish a written verdict and a clear use-case fit instead of a star score.
- No invented stats or testimonials. We don’t fabricate user counts, performance benchmarks, or signer satisfaction figures. Vendor-stated figures are labeled as such.
- Affiliate disclosure on every page. When a link is an affiliate link, we mark it as
rel="sponsored nofollow"in the HTML. - Regular updates. Pricing tiers and feature sets are reviewed against the vendor sites every editorial cycle.
